How to Book & Pay

Booking & paying for your apartment with Student Luxe couldn’t be easier. Simply follow the 3 steps below.

Step 1

Find an Apartment

Our apartments are available on a request-only basis, so message us when you’ve found an apartment you like. Alternatively, simply tell us your preferences, and we’ll find the best one for you.

We will then check the latest availability for your desired check in & out dates. If the property is available, we proceed to Step 2 - or else we’ll find other options that you are super happy with.

Step 2

Secure the Apartment

Now it’s time to secure your apartment.

Depending on how close your booking is to your move-in date, we will require 1, 2 or 4 weeks rent to create the booking.

You’ll receive a secure link to pay, and this non-refundable payment reserves your apartment.

Step 3

Pay for your Apartment

After paying the initial payment to secure your apartment, it is now time to confirm your booking by paying your first rental invoice via bank transfer within 5 days.

If your stay is less than 3 months, the full amount will be due in this invoice. Otherwise, this settles your first 90 nights with us.

Shortly after you’ll receive the check-in instructions for your new home.
