About Student Luxe
Compare us with other Rentals
Private, all-inclusive apartments, or traditional rental estate agents - discover who suits you best.
Not a private landlord.
An accredited operator.
Most short-term rentals are run by individual landlords or untested platforms — with no governing body, no inspection process, and no formal recourse if something goes wrong. We're held to a higher standard. Luxe is accredited by the two leading bodies in UK serviced apartments — the same standards that govern accommodation for corporate executives, diplomats, and visiting professionals.
Association of Serviced Apartment Providers
The UK's leading trade body for the serviced apartment sector. ASAP membership means our properties meet rigorous standards on health and safety, fire compliance, gas certification, contract transparency, and guest protection. Every property is independently audited.

Corporate Housing Providers Association
The international standard for extended-stay corporate accommodation. CHPA accreditation signals that our properties meet the expectations of multinational employers relocating senior executives — the same standards now extended to families placing their children with us.

TL;DR
If you can commit to a stay of 12 months+, want to purchase all furniture, can accept annoying charges, and have a payment guarantor - then maybe traditional rentals are what you need. If not, send us a message.
The breakdown.
There’s no doubt that standard apartment rental contracts (ASTs) have been (and continue to be) a hugely popular accommodation option for students.
However, we believe that there are better, student-orientated alternatives out there. As illustrated in the table above - Student Luxe offers a service that enables added convenience, flexibility & service for those who want more from their stay.
The majority of traditional apartment rentals still ask guests to:
✘ Commit to 1 year stays. Estate agents usually demand a 1-year minimum contract and you still need to buy furniture.
✘ They struggle to accommodate ‘last-minute’ bookings due to lengthy admin & credit checks.
✘ You can’t find apartments if you want to move in tomorrow, that week, or month.
✘ You can’t plan ahead as it’s tough to find an apartment more than 6 weeks in advance (booking in advance is tricky for them).
