The Location

Wardour Street runs north from Leicester Square through Chinatown, across Shaftesbury Avenue to Oxford Street. Throughout the 20th century, the street became a centre for the British film industry and the pop music scene. Today, these apartments boast some of London’s best wining and dining options available right from their doorstep.

You’ll find the area’s pavements busy with people going to West End shows, media professionals marching to work, hungry patrons sampling some of London’s best restaurants and people looking to have a legendary night out at one of the area’s great bars and pubs.
It is a truly fantastic location for students, young working professionals and creatives who want to be based in the thick of the action. The infamous Piccadilly Circus, with its glamorous screens, is just 4 mins away. Why not grab a movie in the many wonderful cinemas surrounding Leicester Square? Or perhaps visit the National Portrait Museum with its spectacular art? 

With many transport links right next to you, you are not limited to the landmarks right next door. Anywhere in London is within reach via Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square Stations. For a spot of peace amidst the city bustle, you have both Soho Square Gardens and St James’s Square 8 mins away. A couple of mins further, Victoria Embankment Gardens are right along the River Thames, but a brief 10-minute drive will also take you over to Hyde Park, Green Park or St James’s park!

Eating & drinking

As with all Luxe apartments, our locations are carefully selected to provide you with all the best attractions and restaurants around. Our Wardour St apartments, you’re truly at the heart of it all, leaving you with endless options to choose from! But what really makes for a truly special dining experience? While there’s always a Costa or Pret around the corner in central London, for a spectacular coffee try Hideaway Coffee-a Luxe team favourite, it’s perfect for the morning wakeup, especially with a mouthful of their delicious brownies.

Also, just 5 minutes away, The Colombian Coffee Company is another coffee lover favourite with its smooth and rich grind. Dinner options are all around you, yet just across the road, less than a minute away from you is  Fogo de Chão Soho a brilliant Brazilian restaurant. A 5 minute walk away you can be nibbling on Spanish tapas at the elegant Barrafina. For a truly happy hour at your meal, Happy London bar and grill is less than 2 minutes away. Balans, previously known for its many branches worldwide as Balans Society will blow you away with its cocktails.
