New York/New Jersey is hosting 8 matches at MetLife Stadium between June 13 and July 19, 2026 — including the World Cup Final on July 19. As one of the most sought-after destinations in the tournament, Manhattan apartment rates during this period reflect the exceptional demand from fans, media and delegations arriving from around the world.
Stays outside the World Cup window (before June 13 or after July 19, 2026) are priced at our standard rates and are not affected by tournament surges. If your dates fall outside this period, please enquire as normal.

All bills are included in our rates - utilities, Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping and linen are all covered in one monthly price. There are no hidden extras. Our rates are inclusive of all city taxes.
It really depends on the size, amenities and location of the apartment. While studio apartments start from $5,000 per month, larger apartments in prime Manhattan neighbourhoods can command significantly higher rates. Let us know what your budget is, and we'll guide you through your best options.
Our standard minimum stay is 21 nights. Our average length of stay is between 6 and 9 months.

Not at all. While we started out hosting students looking for more space and flexibility than traditional accommodation, we also host working professionals, corporate clients and medical stays. Anyone seeking a high-quality, fully-managed Manhattan apartment of 3 weeks+ is welcome.
Yes - many of our New York bookings are made by parents. Select Parent or guardian as your purpose of stay when enquiring and our team will guide you through the process. We do not require a US guarantor, proof of income, or credit checks - and payments can be split into up to four instalments.
Yes. All Student Luxe apartments come fully furnished with hotel-standard bedding and linen, fully-equipped kitchens with pots, pans, cutlery and glassware, and everything you need to move straight in. Just bring yourself.
Yes. Weekly housekeeping is included with every Student Luxe stay, covering cleaning, fresh linen for the bedroom and fresh towels and toiletries for the bathroom. At some of our most high-end residences, it is every 2-3 days.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your check-in date, the first 90 days of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel after checking in, the break clause applies from the 90th night onwards - up to 28 nights' rent may be chargeable. If you're unsure, just ask us and we'll walk you through it. Building-specific cancellation policies may apply - we will always guide you through this and discuss your options.
Yes - we accommodate summer stays, although rates during this period are the highest in the city.
Some apartments require a security deposit and some do not - this will be confirmed during your conversations with our reservations team. Where a deposit is required, it is managed by an independent third party (usually an independent escrow service).
