No, of course not - all are welcome. While we mostly host students looking for private postgraduate student accommodation London with larger budgets, we also have many working professionals and corporate clients seeking luxury apartments for their extended stays.

The prices are per apartment. Student Luxe offers free dual occupancy on all apartments.

Student Luxe offer flexible contracts that are catered to student term times, and our minimum contract length is currently 4 weeks. Speak to us to get tailored quote for your chosen dates.

First and foremost let us begin by reiterating that we are not a provider of traditional student accommodation.
Instead, we offer an upmarket alternative to those with higher budgets seeking a more spacious, private and luxurious stay.
If you are looking for apartments under £500 per week we probably won’t be able to assist you further with your accommodation search.
Our rates are based on the quality, the location and the service of each apartment. We are at the upper end of the market price-wise, and you will of course be able to find cheaper accommodation alternatives with other providers - but these would not pass the qualifying criteria for a Student Luxe apartment.

No - nor do we need payment for the duration of stay up front. We appreciate that many of our guests are not from the UK, so we do not require guarantors. Payments can be spread into 1,2,3 or 4 instalments over the year.

Yes. 5 star hotel-standard bedding is provided. If you would like to bring your own let us know and we can make special arrangements.

Yes. All of our apartments come fully furnished, with fully-equipped kitchens. They have all the necessary pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, etc that you might need.

While all bills are included in our rates, other expenses like your travel, food, tuition, airport transfers etc are not.

Yes. Our maid cleaning service is included with every Student Luxe stay. This includes fresh linen for the bedroom, towels and toiletries for the bathroom.

Yes. The apartment is yours for the period of your contract. Friends & family can visit and make use of any additional sofa beds provided.
